Job duties:

Main tasks:

We are looking for an experienced developer to work on mobile games on the Unity 3D engine.
Main tasks:
- Development of customer and server parts of 2D/3D games
- Setting up dev and prod servers
- Integration with the platform APIs for authorization and in-game purchases
Applicant requirements:
- Experience with Unity3D (C#)
- Excellent knowledge of Unity and all its subsystems
- Strong knowledge of git version control system
- Experience with AR/VR
Nice to have:
- Ability to work with animations created in Spine, as well as with their plugin
- Ability to work with task trackers
- Experience with analytics systems (DevToDev, Unity Analytics, FireBase)
- Ability to work with «someone else’s» code.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a game designer to join the team, who will develop product metrics and make our games more interesting, deeper, more exciting.
Job duties:
- Development of game features, improving balance, game mechanics, monetization;
- A clear formulation of thoughts in the form of concept documents and design documents, TORs;
- Supporting the implementation of features, participation in regular team meetings, communication with designers and programmers;
- Testing and checking the correctness of the implementation;
- Development of a/b tests for hypothesis testing;
- Constant analysis of the game and analysis of the results of new mechanics;
- Monitoring of competitors’ apps and search for potentially interesting features among games of different genres;
Requirements:
- Experience in games that have reached release and have been released on the App Store or Google Play;
- Knowledge and understanding of game metrics: DAU, ARPPU, Retention, etc.;
- Ability to prototype in Figma or a similar program, ability to write out logic and user-flow in Miro diagrams (or analog);
- Ability to work with analytical data.

- Concept development, design and UI/UX interface design of mobile and web apps.
- Design of basic user interaction scenarios.
Requirements:
- Experience in a studio/agency or good freelancing.
